1423 Miles and 22 hours later...

1423 miles and 22 hours later and I am here. I went by the Resort and checked in really quickly. I got to get the first fitness assessment appointment at 2:00pm where I will get weighed and measured.
My "last" meal? Oatmeal with dried fruit and nuts and a venti peppermint while mocha. I am SUCH a rebel. Maybe I can have something more creative for lunch; I have already spied a cute General Store/Grill on the side of the road that looks yummy.
When I figure out how to post pictures I will get some loaded.

Day 1.5 - Is it Friday night or Saturday morning?

We are leaving in a couple of hours but my dad and I definitely have different viewpoints regarding time. He is getting up at 2:30am on Saturday and I just never went to sleep Friday night. We are driving straight through and I am dropping him off at LAX Sunday morning for his flight back to Austin. Then I will meander my way to Biggest Loser Fitness Ridge Resort in Malibu. If they don't have my room ready maybe I can just schedule a massage and fall asleep on the table. I mean, they won't kick me out right? Zzz

Time to Shake up the Status Quo

It is Friday, October 29 and I am packed and ready to start my journey to the Biggest Loser Fitness Ridge Resort in Malibu, CA for an entire month. I can't believe how fast the time went by from when I decided that I needed to shake up the status quo and today. AHHHHHHH
Things were not working for me "as is" and the only thing I could think of was to shake it up. So, here I go a shakin'.
