Day 6 - Being alone

Today I went back to the beach on the optional hike and found myself walking alone - again. I know this is some mental block I need to get past but just can't seem to do it. I used to be in athlete form so it is in there somewhere.

These dolphins were playing along the beach.

I saw Anthony Kiedis riding his bike on the beach. He can ride his bike with no handlebars, no handle bars, he can ride his bike with no handlebars, no handlebars. He is on the left - his hair is longer now.



I then had some more me time and ran into town to get a new case for my iPhone as mine broke, and then I walked around Target. I had to get some more long workout pants because it is starting to get chilly here. brrrrrr

I found a really cool bike store that sold me a skewer for 10 bucks since I realized I got here with the skewer from my trainer. DORK!

It is really sandy here so I ran my car through the car wash and talked to my mom while sitting there.  :) I started to drive off and realized it is illegal in CA to talk on the phone while driving so I cut her off. Sorry mom!

I had great news from my sister today. She has now lost a total of 34.5 pounds. What an inspiration she is.
